Questions, answered
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is treatment?
Detox usually takes 5 to 10 days. Residential treatment typically lasts 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on your needs and progress, and many clients then step down into our PHP or IOP. Your treatment team will review your plan with you regularly.
Does insurance cover rehab?
We accept most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. We’ll verify your coverage for free and explain any out of pocket costs before you begin.
How quickly can I start?
Our admissions team works to start care as quickly as possible, depending on availability and insurance approval. We can also arrange transportation to our facility.
Is treatment confidential?
Yes. Your information is protected by HIPAA and federal confidentiality laws (42 CFR Part 2). We do not share anything without your written consent.
Do I have to follow a 12 step program?
No. We support 12 step, SMART Recovery, and other paths. You choose what fits you.
What happens after I leave?
You’ll leave with a detailed aftercare plan, referrals to outpatient care or sober living, and access to our alumni community.
Can I work while in treatment?
Residential treatment works best when you can step away from work. We can provide documentation for FMLA or short term disability if needed.
