Medical Detox
Detox is the first step for many people, and it should never be done alone. Withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines can be uncomfortable and, in some cases, dangerous.
In our detox program, you are monitored around the clock by nurses and supported by our medical team. When appropriate, medication is used to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Most clients complete detox in 5 to 10 days, then move directly into residential treatment without a gap in care. What to expect: 24/7 nursing and medical oversight · Medication assisted withdrawal when appropriate · Nutritious meals and rest · Early therapy and emotional support · A smooth transition into the next phase
Residential Treatment
Residential treatment gives you a safe, structured place to live and focus fully on recovery, away from the triggers and stress of daily life.
Each day includes individual therapy, group sessions, education, wellness activities, and time for rest and reflection. You'll work with your therapist to understand the roots of your substance use, heal from past pain, and practice the skills that support long term sobriety.Program length: 30, 60, or 90 days, based on clinical need and progress.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP offers a high level of structure without an overnight stay. Clients attend treatment for most of the day on an open, flexible schedule, then return home or to sober living in the evening. What to expect: Individual and group therapy · Relapse prevention and life skills · Medication management when needed · Holistic activities · Family involvement
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP provides a few hours of treatment several days a week, so clients can keep up with work, school, and family while staying connected to care.Schedule: Open, flexible scheduling, with day and evening options built around your work, school, and family.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Many people who struggle with addiction also live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or other mental health conditions. Our team provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy that addresses both conditions at the same time.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
For opioid and alcohol use disorders, FDA approved medications such as buprenorphine and naltrexone can reduce cravings and lower the risk of relapse. MAT is always combined with counseling and is tailored to each client.
Aftercare and Alumni
Recovery continues after you leave. Every client receives a written aftercare plan that may include our PHP or IOP, sober living options, therapist and psychiatrist referrals, and support group connections. Our alumni program keeps you connected.
